Best experiential/activation agency?
I have some doubt regarding pf contribution... Say for example.. 12% of my base salary is 600 which gets deducted from my salary.. on the flip side.. the company has to contribute 600 to my pf (which is actually deducted from my salary only like already part of CTC)?. So my question again is that.. the company contributes 600 as well? PwC

Publicis pays through worksome and gusto. It’s just a payroll situation it’s not a staffing agency and doesn’t set rates. It’s not creative circle.

Had the onboarding yesterday. Its actually wasn't bad. In fact, we get sick time, 401K (no match), benefits, paid weekly and listed in a talent pool for all of omni. Once you onboard you are in the system and not need to do again. Rates are already set so no worry there. And NO hours cap
No match. That was a great benefit. What does it mean rates already set?

Omnicom started doing this a few weeks ago, I saw it mentioned in their bowl.
That would be a huge change. Where are you hearing this?
that’s interesting. that’s pretty common in other industries though. not great for freelancers, agree.
