Love the current job and what I do. But I can’t withstand how my manager run the team. Got an offer from another firm with the title I want + higher pay. I honestly would like to have that title in the current firm but I know it wouldn’t happen with my manager. What would be the professional and delicate way to start the conversation with my manager’s manager to inform him “I will stay if you move me to a different team + title I want”? I want him to counter.

Originally they wanted me to fly out and start the day after Thanksgiving (not celebrated in their country), but because of the holidays I suggested starting in either December or January with the ability to take some holiday days in December to fly back home for Christmas. Offer A (Scientist 3): 70k with full benefits including 15 PTO days and 5k tuition assistance yearly. What are the differences between digital marketing (paid social and search) and product marketing? thinking I want to pivot to the latter but am not sure what skills are different.

My contract is close to ending with a verbal offer on table to stay for 30k. I am looking for something more techanical in the engineering field that matched my abilities more.
