The biggest thing I keep running and running around my head- after 8 months, why did he drop me? When he texted ending it l….it wasn’t me, like we weren’t us, his words were from someone else, like I didn’t matter. Is there ever a perfect time to switch your role in an agency (Strat to account, account to creative etc.)? Or do you have to start from the ground up?

Is food something we can discuss for the Summit? If not, can we address tokenism in the industry? Like what are actionable steps to break out of that in ‘diverse’ agencies? It’s hella annoying.

Working at a place with less then 10% POC total. Then watched as the majority of those folks left after less than a year. This virtual work environment has reminded me how much MAIP used to anchor me to a physical sense of community.

Question for Walter. In your Keynote you mentioned how being at MySpace when it was failing you learned a lot. Can you talk more about that experience and how you found it beneficial?
