PM tries to book me in for a piece of work with X customer for X day. This day did not suit my schedule. I told the PM and ccd my manager saying I’m already booked for 2 deadlines the same day

Manager chimes in next day I’m off - says do it anyway, get someone else to cover or tell customer deadlines will be pushed. Invites sent to the customers while I was on leave confirming I’ll be available

Anyone else feel like their time is being undermined? 😑

If you ask for a release, he will either not release you or release with a very bad rating and influence other project managers to not take you into their projects.

You will be left with no choice other than leaving TCS.

I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

What shall I do in this case? I am very much worried that if i don't have any project hours to show, will they fire me or what actions are supposed to be taken ? Thanks.

One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p
Now that I'm not hearing back from the company which I gave interview and my environment at current project is a mess atm...Should I just put papers or bear with it till I fine another one..??
