Non NY- M1,MC, non-mba (have one but not recruited in through grad school), 140k, 5k bonus, rated tier 2. Salary didn't change with promotion from SA3, and bonus last year as a tier 3 was 5k.... So basically I got promoted with nothing. Nada. No difference. What's point of promotion?
I have to admit for non-pwc peeps, this thread is hugely entertaining.
Anyone have suggestions for what I can do to get a fair $ after the fact?
This thread had so much promise originally but has lacked many hard numbers. Must have been all the emojis used by OP
...assurance is not on the cohort model obviously....
Any updates on M2 NYC?
SF (S&) M1, 172k, 22k bonus
^ are you volunteering?
What's annoying also.....is that they claim they are driving transparency but the RPs do not know or are not sharing the exact numbers. As an M2A.....I was expecting that all M2As in NY (MBA) have the same salary and would like to know the salary for M2B and M3A.....but they only share a range 162 - 186
M2B - non NYC - 153k - 15% bonus (tier 1)
Also want to add that some new joiners from August 2015 are going to be left without a raise till September 2017, b/c of the cohort system. That is a full two years without a raise.
P32 this is misleading. It is rare for campus hires to be promoted to senior in their first year. The only known fact is that new 2016 campus hires are starting at $75k.
Yea p32 you're getting f'ed. Ton of 24 year olds running around at 99 now
WHERE ARW YOU NOWWWWWW
WHEREEE ARE YOU NOWWW
Sack it up people, complaining does nothing...you can bitch and moan all day. Take action, do your best and forget the rest. Cannot stand all this bullshit !
What's with the new copy cat threads 🙄
It's so we don't have to scroll through 400 mostly meaningless posts to pick out the 30 good ones
Hahahaha pot calling the kettle black. My firm isn't the one laying every other person off and stiffing them on raises.
No, we hold onto people longer than we should actually. Tons of managers and seniors at under 30% util and they're still around.
RY is that you?
There are not differences between verticals. Cohort numbers are the same no matter what vertical
