Expert (EM) equivalent- i have seen several people now with that much experience in other consulting firms/industry come at this level
Agree with expert EM. Word on the street is that we’re about to do a big hiring push for them, so it’s a very good time to apply (in N America)!
Did you play / have you been playing a people manager role for a significant portion of the 12 years? Yes, I'd guess associate but I could also see you coming in as an Expert (Team Lead equivalent) if you can make the case
I'd make a push for the Expert Consulting Path given the depth and breadth of your experience.
Associate is probably right. I had 7 years experience in very similar fields + an MBA and got in as an Asc. Night be tough depending on geography though without an MBA
With that much experience you definitely wouldn’t need an MBA, but always good to have. You have a lot more experience than I did when I joined - 4YoE out of undergrad, no mba and joined as an Asc
