It’s the salary and my mistake that I didn’t formalize what I was told in my interview- that I’d get a bonus if a case I worked up settles. Now- I find that we don’t, and also we don’t get bonuses period! — but the thing pushing me to leave is that I can’t get the work done despite out-performing several coworkers.

Right. And that’s what’s making it harder for me to understand if I’m being underpaid. Definitely overworked tho. I can’t evaluate the number of cases they are bringing in- I pass off 3-6 ish per month- outperforming colleagues- but am assigned 10 more per month on average. Feeling like I have to get out. Thank you.
I definitey agree with everyone above. I think that you are significantly underpaid and also they are kind of stunting your growth with the role you are in. I think I would be discussing this with your boss if I were you.
