Meh, I love my job b, my mission, my team, my projects, my work site, my supervisor, my CoC, my colleagues, and so many other things. This is a dream job, it HAD a great mission and we bring in a lot of money for the FED. But they are going thru the agencies with a chainsaw, and people aren't respected, valued, and are taking on so many collateral duties as people leave.

I don't know where this road ends, but I don't see us in this building much longer. I see people leaving. It's not great.

Interviewed for a GS-15 (same agency but different office) and totally aced the interview with excellent answers. They know I’m a top performer with senior references. However I noticed there was an internal candidate who has been there for few years and interviewed that’s a veteran. I feel my chances just sank and want to gauge thoughts.
