Might bring my SO to the us in the coming year. She works but doesn’t have a SSN and W2. Can I use their income as part of the mtg application?

The application for a mortgage?

Ask your broker but my initial inclination that if you have access to the funds it would be appropriate to include. If you don't have joint finances then no.

Would she continue working in the US (and have legal right to do so)? If she doesn’t have SSN that implies she doesn’t, hence might not be able to continue to work and wouldn’t have evidence of future employment.

So the current company is overseas. Not sure if she will change jobs or keep the one she has. The intention is to get her a ssn, but from a timing perspective if I’ll be able to use her income as additional income to increase borrowing power.

If she comes to the US she can’t technically work until she gets her work authorization. For a green card by marriage to a US citizen unauthorized work isn’t a bar to getting the green card but technically it’s illegal for her to work until she has authorization to do so.

Yes, as a gift

It will depend on the bank you are using. Usually banks are hesitant to consider money from off shore accounts due to the risk of money laundering.

Perhaps she could apply for an ITIN which might be faster than receiving an SSN.

Make 6-8% monthly passively

Yieldnodes is a server rental program, NOT a trading investment. It is not related to trading cryptos or currencies in any way.Participants' funds are used to set up servers that operate as masternodes and to stake small volume coins which allow those servers to partake in crypto network activities and generate more coins. The proceeds are shared 85% to participants and 15% to the program (the rental payment).

I’m looking for assistance on building your own portfolio in my traditional 401K. I’ve been reading that it’s important to choose funds with low expense ratios. Also, that it is recommended to have at least one US stock, international stock , and bond. I am 24yo so ideally, I’d want to allocate 90%-100% to stocks and 0%-10% to the bond. Any other things I should be looking at?

I've read about HELOC and cash out refinance to get a 2nd home but articles are so scattered that it gets confusing which is better in terms of tax benefits and immediate costs, etc. Anything others have found helpful that summarized how to get started would be great!

Tell me your craziest experience working with a TV network. Here comes mine:

I'm American, but my family is mostly Colombian. I was told my aunt and cousins would come here for 2 weeks. I discovered they were going to be paid to appear in a famous Hispanic TV show, where a "judge" receives a case, hears the plaintiffs and defendants and renders a verdict. But of course, it's all fake and payed 😂 turns out she wanted me to go there (even though I don't work for that TV network) so she's sure she'll be paid at the end of the show. Wth did I just do.

Got news that my house closing may have to be moved due to a delay in the sale of my home. My partner’s income was excluded in the DI ratio, but if it were included we’d be well under the % threshold and can be approved to close on time regardless of the sale of my house. However our mortgage company’s underwriting team has been painfully slow in confirming if her income qualifies. She’s been at her new job 1 month after a year off. Anyone with underwriting experience have insight?
