I joined KGS in feb 2022, we recently got a mail regarding timeline of appraisal and bonus payout from the partner. My reporting manager hasn't yet reached out to me regarding goal setting, not sure if that happens here. Can you pls help me to know what all things we need to do from our end for the appraisal cycle and bonus payout? Since I'm new to this company KPMG KPMG India
Hey Guys,
I got a call from Infosys HR on 16-September-2022 that I have been successfully selected for the job position of Test Analyst at Infosys, as per our conversation I have to receive an offer letter within 15 days, but I haven’t received it till now.
Now They have sent a mail that your Candidature is on hold. Is this happened with anyone else also.
Please do suggest on this guys.

I’d look into vanguard target date funds or the bogleheads 3 fund portfolio.
THIS. For the love of god, why do people keep recommending financial advisors in this bowl? This is the correct answer a thousand times over, especially for someone in your position.
I would consult a financial advisor. You’ll get tailored advice.
You’re on the right track
No need for bonds at your age. You got enough time to recovery from half a dozen market crashes.
Bond prices go down (e.g. you lose principal if you don't hold each bond to maturity) when interest rates go up. Yes, they preserve principal, but in a low interest rate environment, they are a bad investment for a young investor

I did this for my 401k:
65% - s&p 500 index
25% - international index
10% - US large cap growth index
Notice no bonds (I’m 27)
Just started this year with this portfolio (before I had target date funds) and I’m up about 8% YTD
