Query :1. If I say yes to the Big4, and when they issue the offer letter, and then I reject, can they blacklist me. 2. Also if accept the offer and say no, in that case can they blacklist me from their firm.EY Deloitte KPMG PwC

I can say with certainty the minimum is 0.
The maximum is influenced by many factors, most importantly which area of the business you work in.

The U.S. Public Markets Product Development Team, based in New York, collaborates with Portfolio Management, Distribution, Senior Management and various internal stakeholders on the development and implementation of Global Equity, Global Fixed Income and Multi-Asset investment products in an effort to support MSIM’s overall business strategy and key strategic initiatives.
Just curious if it’s a capped bonus structure or purely performance based? For example I work at Fidelity Capital Markets currently and have 25% bonus eligibility. It could be funded by up to 20% more so on an exceptional year I may have a bonus if 30% of my salary, but never more.
There isn’t really a typical bonus % as I’ve learned here.
They look at it from a total compensation perspective. Example and I’m totally making these numbers up- If you get 150 base and 30 bonus for one year, they can keep you flat total comp the next year if it’s a crap year, but they may increase your base by 2% giving you 153 but decrease your bonus so you get 27 bonus the next year.
And I don’t think they’ll ever tell you it’s a good year unless 2021 repeats itself.
I’m not in MSIM so take what I say with a grain of salt. Maybe they operate differently than rest of ms but I don’t think they operate like fidelity’s cap. In other words, it’s performance of the company, performance of division and team, and your individual performance.
MS2 is right, so you need to fully accept that the higher you negotiate your base, the smaller your bonus will be.
