Wondering if you or anyone at your high school teaches a Art Business class? A class teaching students how to create art (ie. Jewelry, art work, t-shirt design) and sell it on sites such as Etsy, Instagram, or Pinterest. I am hoping to start a class like this for students who aren't going to college or for others to make some money while they do go.

Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. I have joined hcl on 24 th sep 2021 and my last working day here is 18th May 2022.
Today I received my provisional full and final settlement and the payable amount is negative -11454. They are recovering the full AMPB amount which I got from September months.
I have heard from this platform only that hcl stopped the recovery police but still I got the negative fnf.

Is there a clause in IBM if one separates before completing year.
Offer letter mentioned recovery of joining bonus if separation before 1 year. If i resign now ,my lwd is beyond 1year since I joined 10 months back. Which date will be considered here? Day of separation filing or actual lwd .

We talk about keeping rigor in our classes, however I’m finding my HS students need straight forward instructions. Most students are struggling to meet their Maslow’s needs that to use higher Blooms seems like a stretch. How are you all supporting creativity and originality in artwork when kids are struggling to keep afloat?

Does anyone else use Elmer's paper mache paste seriously what is going on? Do you know of a good replacement? Wheat paste almost always turns into a smelly mold habitat for me.

My school deliberately cut the number of classes that the specials teachers teach so that we could be building subs for quarantined and sick teachers (we are hybrid). So... I teach fewer classes (which is a relief because specials teachers teach way more classes than core teachers normally) but I'm pulled for most of my planning periods to babysit classes. I need my planning periods so I can redo my ENTIRE curriculum... and I just feel unappreciated, used, and nothing more than a babysitter.

And starting next year a new graphic design course. 😊

I have 2 classes of middle school I see once a week for 30 mins - we barely can get one project done a quarter - any one else have this issue?
