I moved from D to EY for better wlb but I feel played because it's currently Wednesday and I'm at 33 hours this week haha, I think if you stay in consulting wlb isn't dependent on the company but on the project you're on
WLB in Big 4 - You gotta be kidding me :)
My experience is that "wlb" is the same at all the big 4. You gotta set boundaries and manage expectations and hopefully have a say in the projects you get staffed on.
Go to industry if you want WLB
We shall see 🧐
Depends - what industry?

You’re joking about having WLB at PwC right?
In comparison to D I heard it’s little better. So in D without network it’s really hard to get into a new project so just to maintain that network we have to help around a lot but i heard pwc has a stronger project opportunity management group
WLB the same, I made the switch the other way. Culture at PwC significantly better, and better opportunities to get onto projects.
I definitely would. Already have expressed interest to multiple partners, as well as a few directors. They are not hiring at the rate pre covid, so a little challenging right now.
If given a chance would you boomerang back to PwC?
