Soft-close cabinet hinges, recessed lighting in closets/kitchen/etc., regrouting, swap shower heads, steam clean carpets. I could go on forever 😭

We did. Not much other than cosmetic things need to be done. We’re lucky. Only “must” is new carpet in one room.
