My BGC should start soon, and I need some advice.

I joined under one designation, which is on my offer letter and initial payslips. Later, it was changed due to an internal alignment, and my current payslips and Workday reflect the new designation.

I'm using the original title on my resume as it better reflects my work. For the BGC forms, should I use the original or current designation? What do you think I should do? Is this a red flag during BGV?

My district is looking into Social Emotional Learning curriculum. What is the name of the curriculum your district uses? What are the pros and cons of what you have implemented?

Curious to hear how others create a SOW for a video where the concept isn’t created yet. e.g. a startup asks for a proposal/estimate for a 60-second brand video with little input and a vague budget range. We’ll create the concept and produce it. My Co. seems to have challenges with getting the SOW right: either goes very basic or doesn’t scope enough because creative development is baked in but eats up time. How do you do it?

At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. I believe I'm on track to promotion in the next year. So, I could put in a year of full time school to check the box off, but I'd be sacrificing hobbies and social life (not to mention cost).
