My boss is so unprofessional with all the talent and actors we work with, I'm surprised he hasn't been fired. It's at the point where my boss's boss told me he probably "wasn't the best role model but I could learn a lot from him." Today he told a young female actress that she was pretty enough that her lines barely matter. Since his boss already knows about it is it worth even trying to go to HR or will I just lose my job?

I have a partner who routinely ignores emails or responds to them several weeks later. He has to approve every single document sent to the client or the court, which means you have a physically go to his office to ask him to review something. Half of the time you go to meet with him in person, he’s either on a call or otherwise busy. I find that this basically creates more work and makes meeting deadlines extremely difficult. I work as a Business Development Manager at a sports club.. I’ve been given a couple of months “trial” in the 6 figure and above sales in which I don’t see going back to my other role on lower sales. This was a somewhat good move for me until I consider missing out on commission each month that was more than my salary. (£25k salary, over £2k per month commission)
