What is the midpoint salary of Band 8?
I had an online assessment round at Intuit and then a technical round. Both went good. But its been 15 days I am yet to hear back from them. Does intuit send closure/rejection email or is it just implicit? also what is the cooling period for intuit ? and what should be the expected ctc if things go right? Current Designation: SDE2 | Current CTC: 20LPA | YOE: 10

Skip level meetings...you need to create a relationship with his manager to make sure his incompetence isnt mistaken for yours...
Thank you so much!
You may not be able to leave right away. But you can at least start the process by applying to other jobs.
Yea a lot of people are saying the same. But I wouldn’t give up. Keep trying and applying

If everyone is having the same experience/impression with this person then it is known, so try not to make waves, focus on your job, adding value where you can, and documenting where there is conflict. If you are ever asked for feedback (don’t solicit it) be professional and fair - -your company sounds passive aggressive when dealing with conflict so no sense generating any negative press that would cause you discomfort. My boss was horrible and had limited understanding and experience of my functional area so trying to be proactive or going above him (skip level) when there was conflict, just made things worse. My impression of him was not the sane as the senior leaderships, so he ignored my feedback / needs and I was eventually labeled disgruntled and insubordinate.
In response to OM1, have set it as a goal to find this person in the next month, by reaching out to new folks, including the ones who interviewed me when i was hired (assuming those have some responsibility for my misfortune afterall). Thanks for reaffirming there is potential going this route.
