"Hi, these are great, but do you have a higher res version available? They're displaying a little pixelated." Throw them into the deck as placeholders and send that over to them as well so they can actually see what you're talking about. They'll either realize it looks terrible and send better files, or they'll just shrug their shoulders and say it's fine. Not your problem either way.
You can try improving them in chatgpt. I’ve had a similar problem and turned 244kb jpegs into sharp, useable 2.6MB images.

It’s your job to be a little difficult with the design side if they’re paying you to do this. Ask for a proper export of the screenshot, and if they’re not taking it seriously you can just show them what it looks like with the blurry image plugged in. Visual reference goes a long way
Tell them
"These are low resolution images. If you want me to use them, it's okay.
But when I send you the final output and they are not good enough, then please send me better images."
Then send them the final output. If they are fine with it, then job done :') (But still explain to them that you're not satisfied, though if they approve, then it's fine).
Unless you really want to include that project in your portfolio.
If output is not okay for them, then get better images from them.
Also you may have to explain to them the basics of digital images.l at some point. 😌
Best wishes!
Ask where they are getting the files so you can use high res
Ask for the specific file you need to be sent. The only file I don't sent is my .dwg. Because that is my work, but everything else, I always specify what they need and send them that.
