Depends on your job and circumstances - if you hold something important, they would need that 2 weeks to transfer knowledge and duties. If you don’t care about them and willing to burn bridge with them, you could give them zero notice. If your job is less critical, they might just let you go immediately. If you are in high level management role and might have COI, you could also get escorted out immediately.
I think you should always give a two week notice. It's the traditional and polite thing to do. I can't see any reason not to, if you're leaving a job there's no point in doing something weird and potential burning bridges.

I think it should be at least two weeks minimum, potentially more depending on your position. Anything less than that is probably going to leave a bad impression with the employer.
I always give a two week notice. The only justification for not doing so is being worried about getting let go the day you put your notice in and having to go without a paycheck until the new job starts. That hasn't happened to me yet though and I have no reason to think it would at my current company, so I'll continue to give that courtesy. It hasn't hurt me yet and I'm willing to risk it to avoid burning a bridge.
Yeah just give 2 weeks and if they try any funny business fight it or get those last 2 weeks paid out.
