I got an Offer from TransUnion for the role of Product Owner, for which I have 4 years of Experience.

Offer: 12LPA Fixed + 15% Variable (Need to relocate, relocation bonus of 50K will be provided)

What do you think about the overall offer and Is it decent or less in TransUnion?

Applied for a position in PWC UK and status shows as 'interviewin' on workday. Does this mean I'm selected for an Interview, or that the position itself is now in the interviewing process.

So a company I interviewed with took me to the final round but rejected me for an architect role. Then, two months later the hiring manager hits me up for a manager role he thought I would be a good fit before the job was posted. We had a call and he said he thought I would be a long shot replying back to him. Also, he said everyone liked me and no need to interview. He said he has to post it and let HR do their thing before he can make a final decision. Why post a job if you want me for it?

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.
