What ages? What are you going to have them do? How many? Are any going to be in the wedding? We decided on no one in the wedding. And no one did anything but come. Been to too many weddings where the ring bearer or flower girl froze figets, wants to stand next to mom who is a BM and fidgets the whole wedding. It's your day, you don't want them.stealing your show ( IMO). Give them a special table and special name place holders. There own special row marked with flowers. Something not in your ceremony.
Really, they won't care. It's the parents that will care if you pick someone over their kid to "be something". Easier to just have none. And less stressful.... but that's me. My fiance had more than me, and at first he was no hecwanted them in the wedding, then when we started talking specifics about who and what, he was like yeah, no. Just no one. But we had a formal church wedding not a casual outdoor affair. Just think all the way through the day, before you start asking.
I did wonder. 🤣
