My H1B visa is expiring in feb 2023 and I will have to do stamping. In the USA now. I should have started the process a little earlier but now I am getting started. Any suggestions to expedite the process to get a sooner date for stamping in india? What about other countries? Europe? Mexico or Canada? Please suggest.

So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa. SO and I got in to a disagreement on the background of Indian tech CEOs. It appears that they are all from 1 or 2 major communities in India.

While he thinks that its genetics/being naturally gifted that got them to where they are I believe it's the environment & discipline that made them successful. We are not from said communities but curious to hear your thoughts on who is more accurate.
