My insecurities and inabilities to communicate always make me make a bad decision.

At every job, despite doing well, I always have an insecurity that I’m on the cutting board next perf cycle. That always lead to me looking outside and only to realize most issues could’ve been solved by communication.

For every new jobs, I always seem to pick the worst among all others. I’m now moving to a new one and despite everyone’s telling me for one, I pick the other based on gut feeling. Wish me luck.

I followed up by asking what he thought the top consulting firms were. "I'd guess PwC and then McKinsey are the best. I've also heard of KPMG, Deloitte, and Bain, but I don't know much about them."
