My job has been getting stressful lately and I’ve been very overwhelmed. We’re at a critical stage in a project and I feel like I’m letting my team down and not doing enough. But I’m just new and not dumb. I feel like I’m not good enough somedays. Has anyone else gone through a situation like this?

I am currently in Retail Project Management (coming up on 2 years) right now and am looking to make a shift into real estate finance. My degree is in finance, and I am really looking to pair that degree with my passion for real estate investment. Any suggestions on how to make the transition? I am just concerned on how to sell my current experience to a finance-specific role. Any thoughts and comments are greatly appreciated!

PwC A3 here in currently in PCS, but looking to make a transfer into ITS after spring busy season, as well as switch offices. What’s the best way to go about this? Not receiving a ton of support from my local office. Can I get staffed on an ITS project before making the transfer to get “my foot in the door,” or is that not a thing? Why if you are on H1B is so much problematic for vendors looking for contractors ? Vendors keep on asking to join on W2 rather that Corp to Corp although for employees on H1B we cannot join on W2 due to immigration issues. Point being does it matter for end client , if the contractor is coming as W2 or not ?

I received an offer from IBM Bangalore. However I saw openings at my preferred location Kochi only after the interviews. I called the HR after getting their point of contact mail and I asked if it's possible to switch. They said I'm already tagged to a project and that they'll check from their end if it can be done.

Anyone knows the chances of location being changed after receiving the offer and getting tagged to a project?

When I ask to hr guy he said it is equal to Manager level. But title will change department department. Is it true? B7 is manager role ? What is CDIO department in Natwest. Please clear my doubts
