My joining in Infosys was on Dec 9, since then HR has been delaying my DOJ every week due to pending BGV. HR said BGV team has not found any data from my 1st company (FYI, no PF was deducted in 1st comp). But 1st company sent me ss that they have reverted on BGV email.

Recently, On Video Call, HR took ss of my bank statement of my tenure in 1st company to send it to BGV team . After sending all proofs of my employment, why are they delaying my joining. I'm sitting jobless for around a month.

Hi fishes, my previous employer has not given me the money for Earned Leaves, they are saying it's not in their policy.. I have a variable bonus of 100000. Out of this they have given only 19,000 in the month of December after 6 months of joining...But they are not giving me any bonus after completing 1 year and 2 months.. They have stopped my appraisal as well...

So in total, I lost my appraisal money, bonus and Earned Leaves money... I feel betrayed and cheated...

I am a ReactJS developer (frontend) with 3.8 years of experience. I currently switched my company but they don't have an opening for ReactJS and kept me on a bench for 3 months and they are telling me now to learn AEM technology and work on the AEM project for now.
They hired me for a package of 16 LPA.
So my questions are is it a good technology to learn? Should I say yes and have a career in it?
Will I get the same package like ReactJS or less? What is future if compared with React?
