Hi All,
I joined Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal. After requesting many times they didn't unblock my portal and pretended like they want to unblock but there is some issue going on and marked my profile absconded. I have cleared fnf but they are not providing reliving letter but added pf amount also. What to do?
Hi Everyone I have joined FIS one month back only, I am just Okay with my current project. I see here everybody is leaving FIS and telling it's not good. My project start date was yesterday but i charged it on bench bcz there was no project code... Today the project code is reflecting on My Timesheet portal... but still didn't got any communication from project for on-boarding... So what should I fill in my timesheet for today... So in this case, you are still the employee until your LWD, you should do you work assigned to you but in the hours you are supposed to do, not over do or over work. I mean do you 8 hrs work till LWD.
To your question: Should you tell your manager: You can mention it to him/her that these are features or user stories, I have been asked recently to work on this is the complexity this is what I am currently working on, give the picture what you can achieve till LWD, you can also have a smalll write up for the coming person or your manager what you achieved any PR's open etc current state of your work. This will help the next person who will be taking your place in the team.
I would advice you just because you are on notice period does not mean that you should not do your work, plan accordingly achieve things, at the end you need to justify your salary and your exp here. You should not feel guilty about it and leave the organization on a good note.

This is my thinking, I am not forcing anyone here :) I mentioned just put things in written how much you have done so that next person is also at ease.
Keep yourself in the person shoes who will be taking your place, if nothing is specified it will be overwhelming.
Remind client and your supervisor, about the guy in your previous organization who had put on papers and, jisne kaam zyada Dene par code me bugs pe bugs daal diye !! 😆🤣

Should I tell my nagarro manager about it
Bro, I am facing same in my org. Getting released from org by end of this month. KT is almost completed but work still assigned. They are now treating as 2 resources now and getting all the work they can. We are just resources to their eyes.
Yes you can buy if they are compassionate enough they will intervene but for me, my manager does not care. They infact removed my gen AI license and client asked to reinstate it back for me to work
You can tell to your manager about your lwd and you may not be able to complete all assigned tasks

Sick leaves can be taken in notice period
Simply interpret it as you are doing it , NP is your right where its just resp and kt , handover you can complete. Rest other work is totally upto you , your wish , but dont say no to work , just pass on days by mentioning blocker etc , this nagarro deserves this only ❤️
Every company deserves this. Only our good coworkers do not deserve it. We should make sure kt and everything is good. All these bosses care about is to squeeze everything they can before throwing/ letting you go
If the KT for the tasks you have been assigned have already been completed, include your replacement in these tasks and try and gradually handover it as soon as possible.
Also better talk to your manager and tell him that as your lwd is close you don't want to create any new dependency on you and want to handover everything, so your replacement or tech lead or someone else can pick up the tasks.
If the above doesn't work out, maybe try giving longer estimates, do minimal work and focus on KT.

I experienced the same in previous project . Client had given complex new feature just before my release and asking only me to work on it .
Needless to say my release got extended as it was internal transfer so it it was handled
