My manager offered to switch up my compensation plan. I'd have the potential to earn a lot more in commission and bonuses; however, my hourly rate would be cut nearly in half, down to $11 an hour. I'm torn because I could make more money than I ever have in commissions if I accepted the new plan, but it does seem a little too good to be true. What would you do in my shoes?

Today i got my variable bonus of 10k, i get 59k inhand every month in which 2k gets deducted as tax, today along with the bonus of 10k I got 67k inhand and tax deducted is 4.5k. I'm kinda lost. Can someone pls explain y this?

NFW- I just had a good laugh.
