can i break the agreement between me and consultancy after 6 months?
Do i have to pay to USCIS whenever location change or client change from my pocket? and any other charges to pay from my side.

My start date at the new job isn’t until 2023 so there is some time for me to turn in my notice. I don’t anticipate any hiccups in the background check but is it wise to wait until the background check is complete before turning in my notice?
