I left...you can't change company culture from the bottom up. It's really hard to gauge culture from interviews, and any job you take will still be a job. So if you find yourself out of the frying pan and into the fire, don't freak out that you made a mistake. The only way is to try. It's just a job and you can always get another one.
At the end of the day, with your level of experience, you shouldn't be asking yourself what you can tolerate, but rather what you deserve.
Hi. I’ve been with my company 21 years and at this office for 13. I have seen our office take a nose dive where it was almost a full Mutiny! I rode it out and through Covid. Now we work 2 days from home, 3 days at the office and I love it! Some new blood in the office too. Makes such a difference. People like coming into the office again.
It helps that I love the company I work for as well.
PS- we had folks who quit to be fully remote and they ended up wanting their jobs back. So be careful and sure of what you really want.
