St George Baller Single Malt is aged in casks that held Japanese plum wine and is the weirdest thing I have ever tried. Not sure if I liked it or not - it kinda grew on me

Sagamore does a lot of unique finishes on their ryes - Rum barrels, moscato barrels, ale, tequila, barley wine … most of them are limited time releases (some are only sold at the distillery)

Peerless does an amazing collab with Copper & Kings. They finish their bourbon in c&k’s absinthe barrels for a unique and delicious expression.

Angel’s Envy also has some great finishes. They pioneered the finished bourbon category and their Tawny finished bourbon is exquisite. Their rye finished in iced cider barrels and rye finished in Sauternes barrels are also great.

I recently joined citi. I have been given choice for to select superannuation as 13% of BS or 12500/- monthly or zero.

This is one time selection and not reversible.

I am already investing 1.5 lakh in 80C through SIP and EPF.

I need more detail about superannuation and is it beneficial or not?

Also is there any retirement age in IT field 🤔 (or in citi)?

Any tips for how to maximize property damage insurance claim?

I'm 1st time landlord and my single tenant in Seattle unfortunately overdosed on cocaine+pills 5 days before found in kitchen. :( Extensive damage.

Seeking tips - ex. contractor validating damage was on highest cost cabinets & flooring, replace all tile/grout, contractors upbid damage value (within reason).

Too many are advising being bold w insurance companies we all pay for most our lives, but open to all advice.
