currently at Infy (9 LPA) ->same CTC since i joined almost 2 yrs back, no hike given till now.
I worked with MAANG client as vendor engineer with 99% billability at Infy all tenure there.
recently got offer from Accenture hiring for their client location (4 day office ) and they offer fix : 11.5 and ctc 14lpa
They are totally lowballing me right? with my experience i hoped for 100 % hike in switch nd gave give in 35 % -40% hike....

Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. It’s a total shift that would really heal my work-life balance, job satisfaction and budget. My only fear is that I would not be using the license and degree that I worked so hard for. Some companies give hike according to certain percentage. Nw from my previous Company's Ctc was very less. So if i am getting an 40% hike based on my previous CTC it's still less then my expected CTC and it ll be difficult for me to survive and relocate in metro cities.
