Need advice on NXP offer — is this fair?

YOE: ~6 years
Role: Data Engineer (Bangalore)

Offer details:
• CTC: 39 LPA
• Base: 35 LPA
• Joining Bonus: 6 Lakh
• RSU: To be granted after 1 year of completion (not mentioned in offer letter)

Questions:
1. Is this offer fair for my experience level?
2. How much RSU does NXP typically grant after 1 year?
3. Is RSU amount negotiable now even if it’s given later?

Would appreciate insights from folks at NXP or with similar offers.

I am doing a back door Roth IRA through Vanguard and while everything makes sense to me, I am unsure if an additional $6000 be invested for a non working spouse.
