I just got a really great offer, only downside is the eligibility for maternity leave is after 12 months of employment. Need some advice. Recently joined my dream job, but the director I work for demonstrates toxic behavior. I have been only few months in this role and it would not look good if I start looking again. Leadership is aware, but they can’t do much because of some internal politics. I am 100% staffed on her projects and it becomes overwhelming mentally. These are multi-year SOWs and large clients. Would you try to make it work or start applying somewhere else?
