I just cleared 2 rounds of interview for a company and now the company is asking for a screenshot of my official notice period. I have mentioned to them the notice period is 60 days but can be negotiated to 45 days, but in reality my notice period is 90 days.
How should I handle this ?

I feel like I'm at my wits end. I teach self-contained classes and according to the ISBE website my classes shouldn't be more than 8 students unless I have an aide - then it can be 10. I have no aide and most of my classes are around 14 kids. Some with behavior plans that are only out of our behavior room setting for my class... Is anybody else out there going through illegal class sizes for self-contained? How are you dealing? Maybe a vent session is in order.
