Hi Fishes I have been interviewing with Microsoft for the role of Product Manager done with 4 rounds.
I got a mail that I'm rejected
I reached out to the HR Team they mentioned, role is on hold along with many other roles
Anyone know how long this freeze is going to be ? people who already cleared most of rounds will be preferred when freeze opens ?
Please guide me as I've put all my Hopes on this role.
Joined Cibersites India Bangalore in Jan 2021 which is now htc global. There was no CTC revision with March 2022 salary, and so far, no news of CTC revision. I know employees working for over 24 months with no CTC revision. My question is are the appraisal formalities mere formalities? I'm unhappy about the pay structure. For a 65k PM CTC, I hardly get 52k in hand. With rising inflation, and no salary revisions, it's just going to be difficult. Tenured employees, please advise. 😥

WTW is known for paying less than competitors because of the benefits offered. If you care most about pay, you’ll have to go with a different company. If you enjoy flexibility, WTW is a good option.
Healthcare costs are very affordable for us, they offer services for their 401(k) package, and you have the respect and understanding from your team that you’re a human. I’m honestly too low in the food chain to get into the details of other benefits.
Generally reasonable - I’ve received offers from Mercer and Aon at $115k and $120k base for 3 YOE (no advanced degree or exams)
These firms pay peanuts compared to private consulting firms. Might get $85-100k at most
