I am on bench since 1 April. In May, I was allocated to a proj that turned out to be extremely high-pressure toxic that I literally begged for elease & I was finally got after just 4 days.

Meanwhile due to low utilization, I was put on PIP. I have now managed to get new project which starts 22 June.
However my PeM & his manager scheduled a call-Formal Counseling Disc. My PeM told it is regarding that exited project.Does this look normal or it can be termination as well?

@Accolite: 26.5 LPA fixed no variable + 50k JB. (Total ctc 28.34 LPA) Fidelity client.

@Nihilent: 24.56 LPA fixed + 2 lacs variable + 1 lac JB. Work location is pune & I need to shift from bangalore to pune.

One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p

Hello, in my previous organisation I worked in development domain (Oracle IAM Tool and Java)and my post was software Engineer, i joined Wipro as project Engineer in April 2022 and was assigned non technical project as an analyst.

I fought my way hard to get released from the project. However my designation is changed as Analyst. Should I ask for change in designation as I know that analyst is non-technical profile? Would my designation impact my future role as well?

Which ERP has the highest potential for a new Analyst? Feel lost between Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, etc. Currently staffed on a major SAP project.

I love what I do and I have an offer to stay in International Development and be a manager with 86k, focusing on my technical area + lots of travel. But I also have offers from Deloitte and EY to be a GPS consultant at ~100k. Is it worth it to move to D or EY? Have personal financial goals that i need to reach for my family and thats why i started considering EY and D.

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I went through the entire recruitment process and got selected for IBM ISL. Now I am being told by the HR that they are unable to release offer as there is a hiring freeze.

IBM has offered me X amount ctc and i accepted it on portal....now got to know that market valuation for 10.3 yoe is greater than offered ctc....can i ask HR to increase the ctc and change the band...will they consider it?...not holding any counter offer as of now
