For 5 yoe both seems less as per market is paying. I would suggest Pune though, because lots of opportunities as its emerging hub for companies to have offshore offices. I take interviews daily and as far as salary goes, in pune right now 5 yoe people are getting around 24-30lpa. I am in constant contact with my company's recruters for evaluation of candidates. While discussing with them, I find that many 5-6 years candidates are having offers /we rollout offers between 24-30lpa. But definitely skill level matters for these number.
Well that was really insightful. Thanks alot. So it's better to join LTI at the moment.

Pune cost of living is low .. more saving .. and who wants to be in one org forever .. what is tech stack, u can check where good tech stack is getting
Technology is almost same, for JPMC its internal whereas for lti it's for client.
You should consider the JPMC offer cause jpmc is better in terms of all parameters than LTI. If I keep the salary part aside in JPMC you will get better work culture better appraisal and overall the process is way more better than LTI. Having said that money is always not the best parameter to compare jobs, you should think the other aspects like skope of work, engineering culture, brand value etc.
Try to negotiate with JPM hr if they can match the LTI salary. In JPM i believe the total salary is fixed and variable is over and above CTC. But in LTI that is not the case (variable is part of salary) if I am not wrong.
JPMC will give your resume more weightage in future while looking for your next move.
Best of luck..
No doubt. You should go for JPMC.
