Hi all. I have YOE 9 and work exp in Java 1.7. Have working knowledge of Java 8 but do not get chance to work on Java 8 . Have basic knowledge of devops.Now I wanted to do certification in cloud. Pls suggest which certification should I do (Azure or AWS)? Currently in bench so will Accenture approve the certification cost?

I am looking for Devops role with backend engineering like development . Is it possible to get it?

I have just started my journey in Salesforce and I have started working on Salesforce Vlocity. Order management to be specific. I wanted to know what are the opportunities and what kind of job market is there in Salesforce/Vlocity.

Has anyone successfully moved out of claims into underwriting? I have been doing worker’s compensation claims for about 9 years now as an adjuster. I would really like to get into underwriting but have not had any success so far. What are some other roles I can transition to?

I joined pwc last month, and absolutely hating it here. Each weekend has been working, 12-15 hours work day is minimum expectation. And there's extreme hierarchy, where even after you spend 24 hours working on something, the director decides he wants something completely different and you delete and restart. (Note that you request them to review and give their pov earlier on, but they never take the time out)

The HR says the delay is happening because the people who need to approve are on leave. Are they playing around or keeping on hold? Do they actually release offer after this much delay?
