Need suggestions:

I am a UX Designer with 5 years of experience including 1 year as a freelance designer.

I have given an interview and selected in all their rounds (5 round of interview in a period of 25days) but later they asked me that the design director would like to speak and the director interviewed me which went good and finally saying that they would rather ignore the freelance experience and then after it’s about 4 years so would give me a lower offer.

What would you say? Or do?

Anyone have tips on writing a cover letter without referring to anything in the resume?

I just had two of the weirdest interview. I was interviewing for a payroll systems mgmt role and the first guy was a finance mgr and he didn't ask me anything. I basically interviewed him. The 2nd interviewer was the hr systems lead. She had read my resume and was super weirded out that my current role is the same as hers. I think she thought I was interviewing to replace her. She kept asking me what I would be doing. Like dude, do you not know why you are even interviewing me? Hard pass.

I am interviewing for an agency and they haven't extended any offers but want me to provide them with all sorts of documents. Is this sus or am I just overtly wary?

I need your suggestion guys. How was the process and in how many days you have got the project?
What about relocation allowance? Hr said that no need to attach any bills. I will get xxk in august month end as relocation allowance.

Hi everyone, I am getting ready for a job interview, and need to create a media plan. I was hoping someone can help me with the next task: basically, I need to create inventory recommendation based on past performance. What I am very confused about is that they gave me Booked Impressions (=4M), but in the task it says I should assume there is unlimited inventory. Am I supposed to use this 4M only to calculate spend, ROAS, etc., but can actually have unlimited allocated impressions? Thank you!

Had a first round interview scheduled for a large CPG brand. My interviewer never called me, and I emailed following up to confirm the call. It’s been over a day and no response. What is going on with recruiters? I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but not even an email back saying “something came up” or “we’ve moved on” ? Really kind of shocking that management would bring in three pretty conservative speakers.
