GF is 32 and I’m 28. She wants kids within 2 years, understandably. I never envisioned having kids that early (more like late 30s), but I like her a lot. Anyone else gone through something similar?

My natural instinct is to assume rejection if I have conflict with a partner or don’t think my feelings are reciprocated. I’ll try to bring it up with them, but I’ll say “if you want to end this feel free” so it doesn’t hurt me (and they can say what they really mean instead of sugarcoating). Someone told me today that they just assume I’m not interested because I always seem to “run” but I’m not sure how to bring up problems/feelings otherwise. How do you approach these hard questions?

How do you know if someone likes you in the beginning of dating? I met this guy online who I thought was cute and we went on a few dates. He always texted me right after the date and always initiates another date right after or within a day. He’s been sweet to me (ie when I was packing for a trip, he noticed there’s dirty dishes in the sink and he just started washing them for me) but he never texts in between dates and doesn’t really initiates much physical contact (he reciprocates when I do)

General question, and I suspect the answer is no. Are there any employment or exec comp-related jobs in the entertainment industry? Or, are there any law firms purely focused on entertainment that have a comp/employment/benefits group? I’m at a large firm with a lot of high profile artists, but I’d like to narrow my practice down to entertainment.

I’m currently in big law in corporate and looking to transition to entertainment and would love to learn more about people’s paths to their current positions / day to day in the entertainment industry. I'm an accounts receivable expert with 8+ yrs of experience. I started with 96k per annum in 2014, and have worked with 4 different MNCs since then. Currently I'm getting approx 9Lpa, and it feels like I'm pretty much stuck here. Switching jobs increases the pay scale, while staying for a while reflects stability.

With 13.5 Lpa currently i’m at 12 and made switch on march.
Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4.
