Both interviews went well, and I was told the recruiters will submit my resume to the partners and senior managers for the next interviews. 3 weeks later, I received the rejection letters without the next interview. Unhappy with my job (Audit)-- what does everyone have their sights set on after putting a few years in? I don't know what I want to do, but also don't really know what's out there.

My utilization is 90% but all of my clients are small jobs. Does that look worse than someone who works on the larger, higher revenue generating jobs with all else equal (utilization/performance)?
