Newly diagnosed with serve depression and it’s because of my work life for the most part. From being severely underpaid to being told I don’t know how to do my job. For a year and a half I’ve been being antagonized by my boss who’s main objective is to belittle me and make me feel as if I’m not good enough to be where I am. Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?

People always compliment how soft my skin is, I honestly think it’s because I don’t shower daily so I never have to use lotion and my skin has a natural oil balance.
