Yeah, seems so complicated. Wish i didn’t have to figure this out now. But the longer i wait the more trapped i feel here.
Honestly there are agencies that would give you paid leave even if you’re hired pregnant. Others have a minimum tenure. So it doesn’t hurt to interview around. And if you decide to interview while on leave, that’s fine too. Keep your options open.
If they’ve made the offer, I don’t see why not.
