Hello 🦈s,
Role: SAP ABAP
Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?
Thanks in Advance 🙏

In the same boat here, starting to think about the pros and cons of my current position, how I feel about them, and making decisions based off of that.
Totally can relate this post. I feel extremely ambitious and have roles I want to jump to but I'm usually capped based off of YOE. Working to define my purpose and passion as well
Feel like I'm just no progressing more or less performing a function. I got potential but coach said hold the 6th man spot, essentially.
Rising Star
I’m only here for the exit opportunity. Write down your priorities on a sheet of paper from what you value the highest to lowest and just go for it
stuck btwn wanting to enjoy live and making money
I’m in the same boat. So much uncertainty.
Ugh, I'm 25 and depressed because I'm not satisfied with my life. I'm questioning whether my job should bring fulfillment or should it just pay the bills?
bro literally, i’d be a barber if it wasn’t for this bag 😭
100k >> prestige. Just super scared to pursue it bc what if I go broke and/or can’t find the time to fully invest in learning the craft
All valid options, I’m in the same boat, consulting is boring and easy
Damn, not sure I’m glad to see we’re all in the same boat but here we are. 25, ~2.5 years in, and so burnt out
I'm down to be burnt out at the BCG pay scale though. Hire me Dad/Mom 👀
Decide whether money makes you happier than pursuing your true passion (chef/DJ)
I grew up working different mechanical jobs and now I miss working with my hands and being outdoors lol. Rather new to this line of work but I’m already wondering how people stay interested long term.
Go read The Wealthy Gardener:
It's a fantastic book geared towards practical life lessons for entrepreneurship and prosperity, but you can apply the principles to your other aspirations in music or food. I'm in consulting industry but my passion is classical piano, and the lessons in this book can easily go both ways.

Same here starting to think the crazy grind isn’t worth it since I work just for $. I don’t know what my passion would be besides maybe sports but theres no money there lol
@D3 any of the professional sports teams analytics depts
Just let it ride brother
Word!!!!!!
If you are here for the money I don’t see why you’d spend an opportunity cost 350k+ on an MBA lol.
My alt jobs are also chef and DJ lol. I’m going to b school to exit to media and entertainment
Come to executive search lol they pay us really well and everyone here is in the same boat - have a ton of partners who are still figuring it out but making enough bank that they can spend time thinking about what they want to do with their lives without worry
