It feels like a modern-day public shaming, and it’s clearly meant to intimidate the rest of the team. I’ve noticed a few of my coworkers started doing it to each other now, too, just to deflect heat. Is this public accountability culture common in sales, or is my office just exceptionally mean-spirited?

I am trying to write a stock letter to send to parents everyday that their child does not come to virtual learning sessions.
