I personally don't experience burnout based off the seasons. I do feel like it would make sense for people to kind of slow down productivity around this time of year because you're getting into the middle of the year with no break from the monotony of a weekly work schedule. Unfortunately, to the dismay of our employers, we are human beings so most folks need to reset and rest around this time of year so they can get through it without going postal.
Advice: With AI on our heels, and depending on your company, UW jobs have become easier, warm weather is not a reason to check out or you could be checked out for good!! Take a week off, reset and come back ready to work. I know every company is different, but we’re about to have mid years and those matter for the end of year!!
Weather doesn't really impact that for me. Mine is more how the customers are and the last time I had a long weekend. More of a rollercoaster ride on when I'm checked in and out
