Please help! I’m a CRC who manages Investigator- led clinical research projects and I want to transition to a PM role in industry (I would slightly prefer not a PM role in clinical trials since I don’t have clinical trial experience.) I’ve applied to PM roles at many biotech companies (e.g. Charles River, ICON, Paraxel) but only got 1 interview which didn’t work out. Which companies should I look to for an entry level PM role? Any good startups to consider? Anyone have any insight or advice?

Just a discussion thread, but I feel like this is a good bowl to ask this. Does anyone else look at the vast majority of folks around you and think “damn, we are so over leveraged as a society?” Or am I just crazy?

Leaving my current job for a career pivot. Current job has been challenging to say the least and senior management never hears what others have to say. Employment is an at will state.
Senior leadership is so unforgiving that I fear by giving notice, I’ll be asked to leave and lose out on two weeks pay.
Thoughts and feedback on not giving notice or reducing the typical two weeks?

I don’t have any interest in accounting and Primarily work on and enjoy improving processes at my company and am thinking about trying to do some type of process improvement consulting for financial service firms. Does anyone have any insight on this type of career or a similar path?

Been in Sales for 12years, done it all from transactional to complex, from 10k to 650M and from local to global, and 2 weeks to 24 months Sales Cycles - now aiming to move into a management role within the next two years, ideally mid sized business, build and execute a strategy for growth, shape a vision and drive the overall success on a more strategic level.
