Hello everyone, what are some good LinkedIn learning or certifications that are good for someone with a Healthcare Administration BS and Healthcare Informatics MS, with a strong background in Revenue Cycle Management? I am trying to become more marketable. Also, I am open for new opportunities.

What are your thoughts on the Scrum Master role? I’ve worked with a few now and out of 5 of them, only 1 seemed to be of any help. Most of the time we have to explain every detail multiple times and they still don’t understand what we’re doing. I feel that the role should be reserved for employees with experience in the systems they work in.

Curious if anyone else is or has been in the same boat. I started as an assistant at an entertainment law firm prior to passing the bar. Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate. That was 1.5 years ago and I am still in the limbo of juggling my own workload + doing assistant roles for my supervisors. I have also had no increase in pay, which is a huge deal for me. Is this normal in the entertainment world? Any suggestions?

I currently work at a medium sized firm and have about two years experience in personal injury litigation. The billable hours and lack of work life balance are really getting to me and I am looking to switch to something else out of litigation, preferably in house. I am also looking to relocate to a different state. How do I go about properly marketing myself to companies that might not take my relocation and minimal experience seriously?

Relatively new in Big4 M&A advisory doing mostly integration work with some pre deal DD mixed in. I recently heard L.E.K. Consulting places well in MM PE but don't know much about them otherwise. Was interested if anyone had insight into whether a jump to their M&A or PE groups would be possible. Had an Excel assessment yesterday as the second to last step in an interview process. I was using a new computer and long story short, had some technical difficulties (or maybe just my own incompetence under stress) and ended up only getting through half of the test. I’m on the fence about emailing my recruiter and explaining the circumstances/asking for a retest.
