EY Tech Consulting - M1 175k base, 7.5k signing bonus

Deloitte Ops Transformation - M1 175k base, no signing bonus (yet)

Currently make 160k base as M1 but in Tier 1 city. Also planning to have a kid in the next year if that makes any difference.

My mother in law got scammed by a con artist from the UK online and lost $7K (damn you Facebook!)

Her status in the US is currently complicated and she doesn’t have a green card(tho she’s working on it), my wife(her daughter) is American.

I want to report this to the FBI’s elder fraud department but I don’t want to complicate her situation even more.

Does anyone know if criminal stuff like this and immigration related things are separated?

Senior associate with 3 YOE at 130k TC (115 base). Final interview for a PM role at a small company coming up, is 140k base too much to ask for? The opportunity cost of leaving my connections, fast progression, brand recognition, etc makes it hard to justify leaving for less.
