How do I do well enough to survive the next year if I have zero interest in staying in consulting and moving up and am here to just gain that sweet strategy experience to move back to industry?

What are some publications, books, podcasts, online classes etc that can help me prepare for my first year in consulting? Have 5 years of experience in finance and making the jump to consulting.

Here is my idea for a startup! I collect all the data from career transitions and use Data Analytics to predict the most likely career transitions. I could start with consulting. What do you guys think about this? I would be able to predict based on your firm(mbb, big4), your experience, which role you are likely to move (Faang pm, strategy manager, move to mbb).
